Australian Curriculum Focus (WA)

With the release of the draft Australian Curriculum for K–10 (ACARA, March 2010) it is clear that the new curriculum will mean significant change for teaching mathematics in Western Australian schools – and different challenges for teachers in different schools.

The Groundworks 2010 conferences will address state-based questions and concerns specific to your school:

• Groundworks Perth will open with a keynote that will address key changes for WA and give you the chance to ask your own questions.
• Workshops will address issues arising in the new curriculum for the topic of concern.
