ACARA launched the draft Australian Curriculum on 1st March* on their site (read more here) but some users have found accessing the full content of the draft a little difficult.
It is easy to see the content descriptions but harder to reach the elaborations. So (for example) QLD teachers might look at content descriptions for addition and subtraction in Year 1 and think what they are currently teaching will be sufficient. The elaborations, however, show the full extent of the content – and that much more will need to be done in these areas. It is therefore vital that teachers see the elaborations. (This is particularly true for teachers in the early years.)

Update: June 2010
Consultation for the K–10 draft is now closed. The planned publication date is 1 September 2010.
*You will see that version 1.1.0 is now online. The version number only changed because of the release of the senior secondary curriculum. ACARA has confirmed that only minor formatting corrections have been made to mathematics content since the original version 1.0. ACARA also described their revision history link: "In the site map link on the top right hand corner of the Australian Curriculum site, you will be able to see a link called Curriculum Revision history ... which provides what has been updated in each document and the reasons for them."
