Anita worked for the New South Wales Department of Education and Training for 13 years, first as a secondary mathematics teacher and then as a mathematics consultant in Sydney, Australia.

Calvin is a senior lecturer in mathematics at the Queensland University of Technology, Australia and has been involved in mathematics education for 40 years.
Rosemary teaches mathematics curriculum subjects to primary and early childhood students in the School of Mathematics, Science and Technology at Queensland University of Technology, Australia.
Allan has been researching and writing for ORIGO Education since early 2003.
Gerard has worked as a teacher, teaching principal, and education adviser, and has authored various education publications including the popular Strategic Spelling series.
