Elizabeth Warren Back to Authors

Elizabeth's area of interest and expertise is in the teaching and learning of algebra. She received an Australian Research Council Grant to investigate children’s cognitive development in Years 2 to 5 with respect to algebraic reasoning, and she has recently commenced her investigation. Elizabeth has shared her research on the teaching and learning of algebra at both national and international research conferences and has been an invited presenter at numerous professional development events. Her research interests also include enhancing indigenous students’ mathematics learning outcomes.
