Note: all relate to the ORIGO Stepping Stones program.

1. How do I print ongoing practice pages?
Do not use the print screen icon on the right. Open the resource from the resources tab in the top toolbar. From there, click on the blue resources icon, and print from the opened page.

2. Can I print all lessons in a module at once? 
This is not possible as the program was designed to give you easy online access to all the lesson components and the facility to move from these to related topics.

3. Are there Teacher Guides for Years 3–6?  
We will consider producing these after the release of the final curriculum. 

4. How do I use the recording spreadsheet?
Enter student names via the tabs for the student pages across the foot of the document, i.e. sheets for Student 1, Student 2 etc. They will all appear on the class summary page which is the last tab provided (sheet 36). Please note that the content is locked (password protected) to keep all formulas in tact.

1.0 SLATE ACCESS 

1.1 What if my school network will not allow me to log into Slate?

Ensure that your school technology administrator has removed any filters that may be blocking access
to ORIGO Education sites and/or redirecting emails from ORIGO Education to your email Junk Box.

1.2 How can I set up Slate as a favourite in my browser so that I don’t have to type the web address each time I use Slate?

• For Internet Explorer: click Favorites in the top menu, select Add to Favourites then Add.
• For Firefox: click Bookmarks in the top menu, select Bookmark This Page then Add.
• For Safari: click Bookmarks in the top menu, select Add Bookmark then Add.

2.1 What are the minimum system requirements to use Slate products?

Your computer will need to have Flash Player 11 (or higher) installed – download FREE here – and be running one of the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer 7 (or higher) – download FREE here
• Firefox 4 (or higher) – download FREE here
• Safari 5 (or higher) –download FREE here

2.2 What do I need to view Mathedology sessions?

Macintosh users need to be operating an Intel Mac (or later).
PC users need modern video and sound cards installed.

2.3 What are the hardware requirements?

1024 x 768 screen resolution
Windows: Intel Pentium 4, 3Ghz + 
Mac: Intel Core Duo 1.83 Ghz +
Ram: 1 GB +
