She is located in Earth City, MO at the US home office and her current title is the Director of Customer Success and Implementation. Her team works with district purchasing departments to identify business opportunities, supports customers with both order shipments and content learning sessions, and coordinates the digital implementation of ORIGO resources. Karen is a cheerleader at heart so she is ready to champion customer requests and ORIGO products. Karen wishes she could have communicated with her own children using the ORIGO philosophy instead of the frustration she encountered when teaching math without conceptual understanding.
